Gents Vintage Stainless Steel 1950's Tudor Royal Watch Serviced Patinated Dial
This listing is for an early Gents Tudor Royal manual wind wrist watch in a stainless steel Dennison (For Rolex) 'Denisteel' case on a black leather strap with gold buckle. Stunning signed patinated brushed silvered dial with gilt arabic hour markers, gilt dauphine hands (originally lumed but all pretty much lost now) and a sweep seconds hand. Swiss made 17 jewel signed Tudor movement with case back numbered #12879 and #6041There is no serial number between the shoulders at 12.00 and the serial number is the 6041 inside the watch case but this doesn't correspond to Tudor serial numbers although i have found several other identical and similar Tudor Royal watches with the same model number of 12879 so i have no doubt at all that this is correct and perhaps it's very early in their production or just an anomaly. Case diameter - 33mm with crown, 31mm without, lug width - 16mm.This watch has recently been serviced by my watch maker and is keeping perfect time to a few seconds a day. I can provide images and videos of the service to the winning bidder.Comes in a stylish leatherette cushioned watch box. Will be listing some other gorgeous watches including a stunning Universal Polerouter from circa 1962 and a rare 1940's chronograph.
Please study all the images very carefully as they form an important part of the description.
Please bid/buy with absolute confidence as i have over 20 years experience selling on Ebay and am very confident in my descriptions but there is always a 100% money back guarantee on items if you are not happy with your purchase or it arrives damaged.
I have sent many very expensive items all over the world and pride myself in customer satisfaction.
Items are always packaged extremely carefully.
Questions are welcomed.
If you receive an item from me that you feel is not satisfactory, please CONTACT ME FIRST directly via eBay’s contact member link. Please DO NOT open a “case” or report an “item not as described.” Do not leave low DSR scores, negative or neutral feedback. These actions (for reasons only the eBay overlords can dictate) hurt my seller standing and ultimately have a significant financial impact on me my ability to deliver the high level of service you expect.
If you would like to return an item or feel an item is not as described, just CONTACT ME FIRST and let me know. I will make it right every time. If you feel the need to leave anything but positive feedback and high DSR scores, CONTACT ME FIRST.
