My Ebay Journey
I started selling on Ebay in 1999 just as I started my Fine Art degree to help me financially. Back then you could pretty much buy anything in a charity shop or auction and make a good turn on it as the market had not been so saturated by the internet phenomenon.
I remember the first item I ever listed which were a pair of Sylvac jam pots bought for £6.00 each at Harris Hospice Care in Biggin Hill, they sold for £36 and £42 and I was hooked. Since then I’ve been successfully selling for 23 years with 100% positive feedback rating throughout my time.
Priding myself on excellent, honest and detailed descriptions and images. I’ve sold many thousands of items and achieved some incredible prices due to my ethics. These have included a Vintage Military Omega Chronometer for £3800 and a Miniature Nathaniel Hill globe for £5000.
